Can I fly with a plaster?

You can fly with either an open or a closed plaster cast.
Closed plaster cast: You will always need a medical certificate. You do not need to send the medical certificate in advance. Make sure you have it with you at the airport so that you can show it if necessary.
Open plaster cast: You can travel without a medical certificate.
