Where can I request a delay declaration from TUI fly?
Claiming a delay with your insurer
You don't need a separate delay certificate. The SMS we sent you with your flight details and delay information is usually sufficient for your insurer.
Does your insurer still ask for official proof? You can use the following:
- A screenshot of our SMS
- A copy of your boarding pass
- Proof of your arrival time
Most insurers accept these as valid proof for your claim.
