What should I do if my baggage is missing?
Despite all precautions baggage can sometimes go missing. Report this to the 'Lost and Found' desk at the airport of arrival before you leave the airport. If it is not reported, no arrangements can be made. To report missing baggage you will need your reservation number, boarding pass and baggage label. Even if you are already outside the baggage hall, you can still go back inside until you reach ‘Lost and Found’, again you will need your booking number, boarding pass and baggage label.
If you have an ID, passport, medical material or medication that has gone missing at Zaventem, you can contact Brussels Airport for this via this link so they can quickly search for this missing item.
If you have not reported it yet, contact us as soon as possible via the complaint form.
As soon as your baggage has been localised, the carrier will do everything in their power to deliver the baggage to you as soon as possible.
Track your lost/delayed luggage via Worldtracer.
