What does TUI do if a crisis occurs at your destination?

We do everything we can to ensure your holiday goes smoothly. Unfortunately, there are some things we cannot control, such as natural disasters at your holiday destination. We always monitor these situations closely and stay in touch with our tour guides and local representatives.

Always follow the instructions of local authorities, tour guides, local representatives or hotel staff. They are familiar with the situation on the ground and know where you will be safest.

Have you booked a tour? In that case, we may adjust the itinerary for your safety. We will keep you informed. It may also happen that excursions are cancelled during or after a crisis.

We will keep you updated via text messages or through your tour guides.

Our safety and crisis team monitors global events 24/7 that may affect your holiday.
