How do I use a Gift Voucher upon booking?
Using your TUI fly gift voucher
Your gift voucher works when you book directly with TUI fly. During booking, enter your voucher number and activation code (the unique code that makes your voucher active). We'll check it's valid automatically.
You can use your voucher to pay for one or more TUI fly flight tickets - either the full amount or part of it. Feel free to use multiple vouchers for a single booking if you'd like.
Important to know:
- Your voucher only works for new bookings, not trips you've already booked or taken
- Once you've used your voucher for a booking, it becomes inactive
- We can't exchange your voucher for cash or swap it for another voucher
