Passengers with auditory and/or visual impairment
Persons with auditory and/or visual impairment are advised to communicate their impairment when booking a flight. Assistance is always provided free of charge, but is limited per flight.
Passengers can take an assistance dog or guide dog with them. It is advisable to reserve this when booking the flight, or by contacting us as soon as possible afterwards via Contact & Services These animals can always be transported in the cabin free of charge. Click here for more information.
Persons with both auditory and visual impairment are not allowed to travel alone, since they cannot understand the safety briefing without appropriate help.
