Can I carry the urn containing the ashes of my deceased dog or cat in the cabin?

You may carry the urn containing the ashes of your deceased dog or cat in your hand luggage or checked baggage under the following conditions:

  1. The urn may be carried free of charge on our flights.
  2. The urn must be securely and cleanly packaged.
  3. In hand luggage: maximum 55x40x20cm and 10kg.
  4. Always report the urn at the check-in desk for a special label.
  5. TUI is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  6. Make sure you have all the necessary documents:
  • A statement from the vet
  • You must be able to show these documents at the airport
