How do I add a pet to my reservation?

You have to mention dogs/cats in the reservation.
While booking you can indicate whether you bring a dog or a cat. If you have already made your reservation, you can make an additional booking for your dog or cat  via myTUI. For info on accessibility go to the " Service & Contact " section on our website. For Moroccan destinations booked on the Moroccan site click here. For Moroccan destinations booked on tuifly.be go to "Service & Contact ".

If information is not provided in advance or documents are missing: extra costs per animal per journey may be charged at th airport and you run the risk of refusal due to limited loading capacity. Rules apply to TUI fly and Freebird (Turkey).
