What are the safety instructions for passengers with reduced mobility, blind or deaf people?
You can travel alone if you can independently meet these safety requirements:
- You can fasten your seatbelt by yourself
- You can put on an oxygen mask by yourself if needed
- You understand the safety instructions
- You can put on a life jacket by yourself
- You can reach the emergency exit by yourself
If you cannot meet these requirements, we ask you to travel with a companion.
People who are both deaf and blind cannot travel alone as they cannot understand safety instructions without adapted assistance.
