Why can’t I check in online with TUI fly?

You can check in online from 24 hours before departure. This applies to both your outbound and return flights.

If you are unable to check in, please check:
• Whether you are trying to check in within 24 hours of departure
• Whether you have entered the booking number and surname of the main booker correctly
• Whether you have booked or been assigned seats

Online check-in is not available for some destinations. Don't worry, you can simply check in at the airport.
